PROJECT SUMMARY
The Westfalen Lofts project renovated previously vacant and abandoned buildings on the east side of Race Street in the 1400 block. It includes eight condominium units and one single-family home at 1420 Race St. It was completed in March 2011 and all units have sold.
Westfalen Lofts II is currently under construction, completing the east side of the block up to 15th Street.
