PROJECT SUMMARY

Westfalen Lofts II is located on the east side of the 1400 block of Race Street just north of Saengerhalle and less than one block from the renovated Washington Park. This project is an extension of Westfalen Lofts and included seven buildings, creating 33 for-sale condominiums. Many of the units incorporate aspects of universal design and make a great home for people with disabilities or a desire to age in place. The project also includes 4,000 square feet of commercial space along the future streetcar line. The project is complete and condominiums are on the market.

Founded in 2015, Accelerate Great Schools is a nonprofit fund dedicated entirely to student success in Cincinnati. The organization’s goal is to fund the creation of new high-performing schools for 4,800 more students in five years, doubling the current number of students with access to this level of quality. By 2025, Accelerate Great Schools hopes to have created new high-performing spots for 13,700 children across Cincinnati. Many of the nonprofit’s efforts will prioritize low-income communities that rarely have access to excellent schools.

ZBGB

ZBGB, or Zula Bar & Gourmet Burgers, is the second restaurant from Tsvika Silberberg – the chef behind the wildly popular Zula Bistro, located at the corner of 14th and Race streets across from Washington Park. ZBGB’s burgers stand out because of the ingredients. They’re made with black Angus prime grade aged beef, ground in-house daily, served on artisan buns baked daily and covered with house-made condiments, including ketchup, pickles, aioli and more!
