PROJECT SUMMARY
The Belmain, at 1202 Main St., is a LEED certified ‘green’ building in Over-the-Rhine. LEED certification is a nationally recognized benchmark for high-performance, environmentally-friendly buildings, allowing the projects to qualify for a 10 year tax abatement. Each of the 16 lofts has one bedroom and one bath, access to one dedicated parking spot, and an indoor community bicycle room. The Belmain is tobacco free; no smoking is permitted in or around the building. The project was financed with $2.7 million from the Cincinnati New Markets Fund.
Park + Vine currently operates within the 2,800 SF street-level commercial space, although 3CDC sold the commercial space and owns the apartment building only.
