PROJECT SUMMARY

The City Home project on Pleasant Street transformed a block of vacant dilapidated buildings and empty lots into 18 new residential units.  The twelve new-construction single, family homes and 6 renovated condominiums are fully occupied. Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and Eber Development partnered on this project to provide special financing on three of the 18 units, making them affordable for low to moderate income buyers.
