Trinity @ 14th & Vine is a new-construction, modern building that includes nine units and 1,200 SF of commercial space. Prior to construction of Trinity @ 14th and Vine, this corner was home to a cinder block carryout that generated a high number of police calls and complaints from neighbors. Today, the corner is home to a brand new building with condos that feature rooftop balconies, secured parking, one and two bedrooms and Rookwood Pottery tile in the main foyer and selected units. Quan Hapa occupies the street-level commercial space.
