July 2016 Project Update

UNION HALL

Union Hall’s future first-floor restaurant tenant, Panino, is on track to open this fall. The wall and floor tile in the deli has been installed, as has the hardwood floor, and the epoxy flooring is being installed in back-of-house areas. In addition, kitchen equipment has been ordered and is expected to be delivered in August.

ZIEGLER PARK

Much of the foundation for Ziegler Park’s new underground parking garage has been completed, as crews continue to pour pile caps and do water proofing in preparation for the garage’s exterior walls. Work on the new pool area has also progressed nicely, as the foundation system for the pool has been completed.
