Concrete construction has continued above grade up to level five. Speed ramp construction is one hundred percent complete up to level three. The construction of the north core elevator shaft is complete up to level three. Construction of the south core elevator shaft is complete up to level five. Concrete pours for the columns in the northern half of the project are one hundred percent complete up to level two. Concrete pours for the columns in the southern half of the project are complete up to level three. The level three concrete slab is one hundred percent complete. The level four concrete slab is one hundred percent complete in the southern half of the project. Waterproofing around the perimeter of the project is now complete up to level one along with the backfill.
There is continued interest in the commercial space at street level, and 3CDC staff is currently reviewing business plans.
The project is currently 100% leased.
Mercer Phase I: Only six Mercer One condos remain on the market.
Mercer Phase II: Three buildings are now available for residential occupancy and the first tenants moved in on March 1,2014. Additional units will be turned over in April and May 1. Final project completion is scheduled for mid-May.
Taft's Ale House is under construction and on schedule to open in late Fall 2014.
Five of the 33 units are under contract. Units are available for viewing at www.otrliving.com.
