What can YOU do at 3CDC?

The possibilities are endless, really.

3CDC is a non-profit real estate development company focused on bringing neglected buildings and spaces in Cincinnati's center city back into use. In addition to developing buildings and renovating civic spaces through complicated financing structures, 3CDC oversees the daily management and programming of Fountain Square, Washington Park, Ziegler Park, Memorial Hall, Court Street Plaza and Imagination Alley producing hundreds of free events each year and attracting millions of people to downtown Cincinnati. 3CDC also oversees a District Management program that is focused on keeping the CBD and OTR neighborhoods safe and clean.

Inside/Out

With so many different organizational roles, 3CDC employs a diverse workforce with a wide variety of skills. And, as a small non-profit, work is often shared among departments, allowing people to excel at whatever they do best. Certain employees work solely in the office at their desk, while many others are in the field at all times, and some split time inside and out.

Would you prefer to work in more of a traditional office setting? Or is sitting inside at a desk not really your thing? Either way, 3CDC has the perfect job for you.
