Westfalen Lofts will encompass the redevelopment of the remaining east side of the 1400 block of Race Street north of the new Saengerhalle building, in previously vacant and abandoned buildings. It will include eight condominium units and one single-family home at 1420 Race St. Construction is underway and completion is expected by early 2011.
