			VIA VITE COMPLETED viaviterestaurant.com Nicola and Maureen Pietoso, owners of Nicola's, a fine Italian restaurant in Over-the-Rhine, bring a new modern twist to Italian cuisine and the City of Cincinnati with Via Vite. Located directly on Fountain Square in a two-story steel and glass structure, Via Vite was added during the reconstruction of the Square and opened in October 2006. The restaurant adds a creative twist on classic Italian dishes.
