Trideca Lofts, 1232 Vine St., at the corner of 13th and Vine, is easily recognized by its namesake triangular decks that span the south side of the building offering terrific views of downtown. All nine units feature exposed brick, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, travertine tile, curving walls and vent free gas fireplaces. Units feature walls of windows, from a two story glass wall to 360 degree views from the rooftop unit, every unit glows with natural light. Trideca is a $3.38 million project, financed by$1.5 million from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
