Trideca Lofts, 1232 Vine St., at the corner of 13th and Vine, is easily recognized by its namesake triangular decks that span the south side of the building offering terrific views of downtown. Trideca is a $3.38 million project, financed by$1.5 million from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
