THE RIGHTEOUS ROOM

COMPLETED

Before Photos

Located at 641 Walnut St., this property was once home to the Phoenix Café, a troubled liquor establishment. It has been redeveloped as a mixed use project: three condominiums and an upscale, 2,025 square feet, street level bar called The Righteous Room. The building is a great enhancement to the Walnut Street arts and entertainment district. Total cost of the project was $2.2 million with just under $2 million financed by the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
