Cincinnatians know this landmark site as the former home to the Maisonette, Cincinnati's five-star restaurant for 41 straight years. It's closing in 2005, was a tough blow for downtown Cincinnati and the many people who have lifelong memories of this once elegant space. 3CDC is partnering with Four Entertainment Group (4EG) and Boca Restaurant Group to produce a mixed-use development. 

4EG is creating a 7,500 square foot multi-level entertainment venue in what use to be the Barleycorn's building.  Boca Restaurant Group will open two restaurant concepts in the former Maisonette site.  It will move Boca Restaurant (currently located in Oakley), and it will also open a new Italian trattoria concept in the space. This development is scheduled to be complete in late summer 2012.
