Cincinnatians know this landmark site as the former home to the Maisonette, Cincinnati's five-star restaurant for 41 straight years. It's closing in 2005, was a tough blow for downtown Cincinnati and the many people who have lifelong memories of this once elegant space. 3CDC is redeveloping the space and it will soon be the site of new memories for the decades ahead. The site being redeveloped also includes the adjacent former Barleycorn's building and rear power building. The project provides a unique opportunity for a mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of the downtown entertainment district. Development and funding planning are currently in process.
