Good Fellows Hall is located at 1306 Main St. Somewhere in the building's 100+ year history, a stone tablet was fixed into the building's facade, naming the building the 'Good Fellows Hall'. All five units feature exposed brick, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, travertine tile, curving walls, vent free gas fireplaces, custom shelving, modern fixtures and open floor plans with private bedrooms. Many units feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, direct elevator access, and decks with incredible downtown views. Each of the five condos has a minimum of one indoor garage parking space. This $2.1 million project was financed with $1.8 million from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
