The Gateway Arts Building is a mixed-use development. It includes 12 units master leased to the Cincinnati Art Academy for student housing and more than 3,000 SF of street level commercial space. The commercial space is leased to three businesses. Total development cost for the project was $2.7 million with nearly $670,000 for commercial development from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I and $1.7 million from the Cincinnati Equity Fund.
