The Lofts at Fountain Square is located at 413-417 Vine Street, a half block from Fountain Square next to Carew Tower. It offers direct views of the Square. The project converted two interconnected buildings that used to be office space above Jean Ro Bistro into 18 condos. The project was developed in partnership with Roger Thesing, owner of Thesing Real Estate Services, and the JFP Group, the same team that renovated the 18 E. Fourth Street building into luxury condos. The Lofts at Fountain Square were financed by $5,345 million from the Cincinnati Equity Fund.
