14th & Vine, located at 1331-35 Vine St., is a newly constructed modern building that includes nine units and 1,200 SF of commercial space. Prior to construction of 14th and Vine, this corner was home to the A.M/P.M. Market, a cinder block carryout that generated a high number of police calls and complaints from neighbors. Today, the corner is home to a brand new building with condos that feature rooftop balconies, secured parking, one and two bedrooms and Rookwood Pottery tile in the main foyer and selected units. The total project cost was funded with $3 million from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
