WHAT: On Thursday, September 29, the Beneful Dream Dog Park Project team, in partnership with Kroger, will celebrate with 3CDC and local Cincinnatians at the Washington Park Dog Park fall Yappy Hour. Yappy Hour guests will enjoy drinks, time together with other local dogs and owners, and have an opportunity to win exciting giveaways from Beneful and Kroger, who have teamed up to sponsor the event.

During the event, the Beneful team will present the 3CDC team with a $10,000 donation that will go toward 2017 enhancements for the dog park. 3CDC has the privilege of programming and managing Washington Park on behalf of the City and the Park Board and will be sharing plans for a new feature set to install in the dog park, using the funds from Beneful. The Beneful team’s contribution is part of its Dream Dog Park Project, a year-long program to support more than a dozen community dog parks across the country.

Spring and Fall Yappy Hours in the dog park are annual events that occur Thursdays in April through May and September through October.

WHO: This event is FREE and open to the public and is family and dog friendly.

WHEN: Thursday, September 29, 2016 with Yappy Hour from 4-9 p.m. Check presentation at 4 p.m.

WHERE: Washington Park is located at 1230 Elm Street, in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Secure parking is available in the Park’s 450-space underground garage facility, or at nearby Mercer Garage on Vine Street.
