CINCINNATI (Wednesday, October 29, 2014) – Washington Park’s City Apple Festival returns to Over-the-Rhine this Saturday, November 1st. Produced by 3CDC, the festival runs from 11:00am to 6:00pm and features apple-themed food and merchandise from two dozen local vendors, including McGlasson Farms, Salatin’s Orchard, and Niemeyer Farms. See below for a complete list of vendors.

Festivities include live music from the likes of The Downtown County Band and Buffalo Wabs & the Price Hill Hustle, as well as a competitive apple pie eating contest. Families are also welcome to indulge in a variety of tasty apple delights – from apple pie lattes and caramel apple pizza, to farm fresh caramel apples and apple-chutney chicken sandwiches. Other festival highlights include crafts with Cincinnati Park’s Explore Nature Program, fun with Mr. Cowpie’s Petting Zoo, and pony hopping with the Cincinnati Circus Company.

Washington Park’s concessions offer full bar service, soft drinks, and water. Special thanks to our sponsors, UC Health, Lykins Energy Solutions, and Yelp. Visit www.WashingtonPark.org for the full performance schedule or to add this event to your smartphone calendar.
